Bread + Roses is a co-operative cafe, workspace and community venue in Bradford, guided by a commitment to building stronger, united and resilient communities.
As well as super-fast broadband, a roof terrace and in-house print facilities, we also have meeting spaces and a range of co-working packages based on your needs.
We offer a variety of rooms set up with social distancing in mind, including the latest video call equipment and lounge areas. All our spaces include access to a shared private kitchen, toilets, and the vegan/vegetarian cafe downstairs.

Can I book an in-person viewing?
As part of our safe viewing guidelines we strongly encourage you to first view offices virtually and then only physically view those in which you have a strong interest. You can then book an in-person viewing from your viewings dashboard.
