We are a friendly, strategic and creative branding agency, hoping to find a similar creative company (potentially to collaborate with) to rent a bright and airy 700 sqft space of our 1st floor of Nutmeg House.

Nutmeg House is a restored, converted Edwardian warehouse with attractive period features in the heart of Butlers Wharf, next to Tower Bridge. The local area benefits from a number of exciting independent restaurants & pubs, art galleries, markets, cafes, museums and the new Bridge Theatre. The national rail station at London Bridge is also within easy walking distance, as well as the underground stations at London Bridge and Tower Hill.

The new tenant would have access to: shared kitchen facilities, WC’s, shower room, bike storage, communal spaces with tables, comms room, reception area and 2 bookable boardrooms and 1 informal meeting room.

Friday breakfast or lunch is provided and drinks are laid out at 4pm. We are a sociable bunch and a drink after work is always on the cards!
