Summary

We are a small respected, award firm of architects that imaginatively restored a historic building to create a unique, attractive environment. We are not an enormous organisation operating dozens of business centres. We only operate at one location and have created a genuinely friendly and flexible shared business community close. As a result most of our existing Licensees been here over 10 years (the longest 15). They range from numerous new business start-ups and sole traders to organisations with over 40 staff. Many are from design and creative sectors and we arrange parties and networking events and because our building was a brewery for 100 years, periodically brew beer with our Licensees.
